We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose. This includes the word, character, sentence and line counts, which are provided for convenience.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TXT File Maker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, text, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. This includes text lost because a page was closed or reloaded before downloading.

The Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. By continuing to use the Website after an update, you accept the new Terms.

10. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
